1. Acceptance
By using OpenBaker software, the hosted service at app.openbaker.org, or any related services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Open source license
OpenBaker is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). The full license text is available at gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0 and in the repository. If you run a modified version of OpenBaker as a network service, you must make the source available to users of that service.
3. Hosted service
The hosted instance at app.openbaker.org is provided as-is, in early access. There are no uptime guarantees during this period. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, violations of these terms, or operational reasons.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. One account per person.
5. API keys
API keys for third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are stored locally on your machine. OpenBaker servers do not receive, store, or log your AI provider keys. You are responsible for your usage and any costs incurred with third-party providers.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use OpenBaker to generate illegal content, abuse third-party APIs in violation of their terms, attempt to reverse-engineer the hosted service's private infrastructure, or use the platform to harass or harm others.
7. Warranty disclaimer
OpenBaker is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy of AI output, or fitness for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenBaker and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted in the changelog. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
